I'm Tonya Murphy, Leadership Coach and Strategic Builder

I believe our true power lies in uplifting others.

Hi, I'm Tonya, founder of Collective Strategy and Impact.

My journey to leadership coaching and strategic collaboration was not a straight line. Through my own professional and leadership journey, including moments of doubt, difficult conversations, and team dynamics that didn't work as smoothly as I hoped and played on a loop in my head, I discovered the power of authentic leadership and building teams that are empowered enough to not only excel at their roles, but also have the trust needed to know when to ask for help.

I work with People and teams who want to be better

After years in the nonprofit sector, filling every role from volunteer to programs to development, I realized that the most successful leaders and teams were the ones that showed up authentically, knew when to be vulnerable, and created spaces where others felt safe to do the same.

This revelation inspired me to create Collective Strategy and Impact.

I believe that effective leadership and teamwork is all about knowing your strengths, acknowledging your growth areas, and creating genuine connections with those standing beside you doing the work.

With a Master's degree in counseling and professional certifications, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. But more importantly, I truly believe that you already have what you need to succeed- sometimes you just need some to help you uncover it.

The name Collective Strategy and Impact reflects my core belief: that we rise together. When leaders thrive, their teams thrive. When organizations succeed, communities benefit. And when we share our knowledge and resources, we create ripples of positive change that extend far beyond our individual reach.

I'm excited to connect with you and explore how we might work together.

When we come together, we have the power to create meaningful change.
